About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
