SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and the specific responsibilities outlined below.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior management role that oversees all culinary operations within our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve food quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the food service industry;
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies to meet customer demands and optimize profit margins;
- Oversee the procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes;
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency;
- Lead a team of kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of daily operations;
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
