Key Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on human resources legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Highlight differences in legislative requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Stay up-to-date and proficient on Canadian employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR legislations and regulations throughout Canada.
