Airline Materials Coordinator

About the Role:
Sunwing Vacations Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Expeditor to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Materials Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and tooling to support aircraft recovery and repair plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and source materials after hours
- Perform receiving inspections of all incoming materials in accordance with Transport Canada and Sunwing Airlines company policies
- Coordinate shipping via Air, Road, Sea, and Rail of company materials worldwide
- Transport all company materials both airside and landside
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering Team to provide materials support
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Able to pass the pre-employment qualifying exam
- Available to work nights, evenings, and days, including weekends and holidays
- Able to pass security clearance and obtain the Transport Canada security card with a Driver Airside Permit
