Job Title: Supply Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Control Coordinator to join our team at Positive Fulfillment Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The Supply Control Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on supply chain activities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Perform general office duties as required
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions

The Supply Control Coordinator will work on site at our physical location, with no option to work remotely.
