Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our Mental Health and Substance Use Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, counseling, and case management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Conduct group therapy sessions and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and recovery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers to ensure access to comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
- 2 years of experience working with individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
- Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
