- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a maternity or perinatal care setting.
- Skills: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
