Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Secured Security Limited.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our premises, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
