Litigation Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Assistant to join our team at Kushneryk Morgan LLP. As a key member of our dispute resolution and litigation team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation and management of litigation files, including document review, research, and analysis

* Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

* Perform other duties as required

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a litigation or corporate governance role

* Strong academic credentials

* Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
