Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level associate with complex commercial litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on complex commercial disputes and litigation matters;
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement litigation strategies;
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and litigation procedures.

Requirements

  • JD degree from a recognized institution;
  • At least 2 years of related private practice experience;
  • Exceptional client service, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated business acumen and commercial understanding;
  • Strong personal and professional integrity and a hard-working approach.
