Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Pneumatic Bulker Driver to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting dried bulk salt and cement powder throughout Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor and pneumatic trailer to transport bulk goods
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Class 1 Driver's License with a clean abstract
  • Compliant unit with CVIP requirements
  • Manual transmission experience
  • Ability to work away from home for extended periods
  • Minimum one year Class 1 driving and Super-B experience
  • Pneumatic tanker experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of load securement legislated requirements
  • Familiarity with Hours-of-Service legislation and electronic logging devices
  • Ability to read and react to road conditions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor under stressful situations

Working Conditions:

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Be away from home for extended periods
  • Stay in a bunk truck unit while working away from home
