Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the annual audit plan for Central America, ensuring compliance with our financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance with Colgate's financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the SOX audit process, including support to corporate audit cycles.
- Manage external audit processes with PWC, ensuring timely completion of financial and fiscal requirements.
- Identify risk areas and implement an annual audit process to mitigate risks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and Auditing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial area.
- At least 2 years of experience as an auditor (external or internal).
- Advanced English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Google Tools.
