Audit Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the annual audit plan for Central America, ensuring compliance with Colgate Financial Policies (CFP's) and managing external audit processes with PWC.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Audit Plans: Define the Annual Audit Plan for Central America based on SOX Test Descriptions Cycles and locally applicable Corporate Audit Plans.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Implement and develop procedures and policies to ensure compliance with CFP's, identifying risk areas and performing audits to mitigate risks.
- External Audit Coordination: Coordinate the SOX Audit Process, including support to Corporate Audit cycle, and manage PWC's external audit processes appropriately and on time.
- Financial Reporting: Manage the submission and review of financial and fiscal requirements to complete annual reports for fiscal and company compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement an annual audit process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Auditing or Business Administration, with at least 3 years in the financial area and 2 years as an auditor (external or internal).
- Language Skills: Advanced English language skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in Google Tools.
