Food Service Attendant

Sangam Catering Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Handle and store cleaning products, removing kitchen garbage and trash, and sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and food handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
