We provide private 1-1 home care services, focusing on companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care assistance. Our caregivers work flexible hours, choosing their preferred geographic locations within Windsor and Essex County.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.

To succeed in this position, you must possess a PSW certificate or RPN diploma (working as a PSW) or nursing students. Additionally, you must be able to pass a criminal background check, have satisfactory references, and maintain a good driving record with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary range of $19-$21 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits, including specialized dementia care training, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and additional merit bonuses and rewards programs.
