We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Services Implementation Team at Granicus. As a key member of our Implementation Services team, you will play a critical role in helping our government agency customers create valued online services and enhance the way they support their communities through strategic experience management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large customer projects during the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on large programs of work for high-touch clients, providing insights on system performance, best practices, and updates on the state of account.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements, identifying potential implementation risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal partners to foster relationships and support their efforts while delivering products.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing feedback to the team.
- 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage conflict and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Proven experience in proactively gathering information about product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Proactive and data-driven.
- Ability to acquire a Secret-level clearance from the Canadian Government.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience with city/county level planning, and an understanding of land-use regulations, zoning laws, and enforcement strategies.
- Previous experience with the AMANDA product.
At Granicus, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and a safe and inclusive work environment.
