Job Description
  • Establish efficient workflows to meet customer demands in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage, as well as submit regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions
  • 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required during peak periods.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
