Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Managing Food Costs

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of estimating food costs, managing inventory, and maintaining records of food consumption and sales.

Leading the Kitchen Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cooks and other kitchen staff, training staff in food preparation and handling, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.

Culinary Innovation

We are looking for a creative and innovative chef who can develop new recipes, instruct cooks in preparation and presentation of food, and prepare complete meals for events.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
