Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security guards, coordinating emergency responses, and ensuring the overall safety and security of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, providing technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and equipment, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Training and Development: Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Health and Financial Benefits: Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans, life insurance, and a permanent work term with 35 hours per week.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
