Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

About the Role:

At LE POSH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of customer service
