Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication dispensing and counseling.
  • Support specialty pharmacy programs, such as Home Monitoring, to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can support the pharmacy manager and team.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy.
  • Prior experience as a Pharmacist is preferred but not required. New grads are welcome.
