Career Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at CBI Home Health.
About the Role: As an OTA/PTA at CBI Home Health, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our clients in the East Wellington Region. You will work collaboratively within an integrated team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality occupational therapy and physiotherapy services to clients in their homes
- Working closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop individualized care plans
- Using a holistic approach to care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients
- Collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to ensure seamless care delivery
- Staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in occupational therapy and physiotherapy

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary diploma in Occupational Therapist Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to clients' homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
