Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Technician to join our team at Red Mountain Resort. As a Sales Technician, you will be responsible for handling all retail sales at Piste Off, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
    • Provide customers with a memorable shopping experience
    • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and reconcile merchandise shipments
    • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock items
    • Restock shelves and racks as needed
  • Technical Skills
    • Operate POS software and cash handling systems
    • Use Excel and Word for data entry and reporting
    • Troubleshoot computer issues and maintain store equipment
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma minimum
    • Post-secondary education an asset
  • Experience
    • Ski industry or retail experience
    • Good product knowledge and cash handling skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical and Other Requirements
    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Ability to work on feet for long periods

The hourly wage for this position is $17.40.
