About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ecom Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend measures to enhance work methods and improve productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve product quality.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise workers and projects, and train or arrange for training as needed.
  • Coordination and Scheduling
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Logistics and Procurement
    • Coordinate repairs and rentals, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Supervision
    • Experience supervising a team of more than 20 people.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in the trucking industry.
  • Security and Safety
    • Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
