We are seeking a Career Development Specialist to join our team at CCRW | CCRT. This is an in-office position that requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who can establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders from various industries.

As a Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to job seekers and persons with disabilities. You will work closely with our team to drive solutions-focused approaches and deliver hands-on programming in local communities.

The ideal candidate will have sales, recruitment, and/or job development experience, as well as proficiency in French (considered an asset). Strong computer skills, including past experience working with a customer relationship management platform, are also essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing cold calling and employer outreach
  • Brokering meaningful inclusive employment opportunities
  • Supporting businesses to secure the talent of persons with disabilities
