Job Summary

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, temporary position that will last for approximately eight weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aiding children throughout the day with various tasks such as planned activities, transitions, bathroom visits, and nap time.
  • Assisting lead educators where needed.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of children.
  • Communicating with children, parents, and staff.
  • Working effectively as a member of a team, as well as independently.
  • Documenting children's learning.
  • Completing accident reports and reports for specialists as necessary.
  • Updating records with daily information on children.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • First Aid and CPR Training.
  • Early Childhood Education Certificate or Diploma (considered an asset).
