About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Renovco. As a key member of our restoration and after-disaster team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to fire/flood restorations, insurance claims, and renovation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize, lead, and control all aspects of emergency/restoration projects and renovation projects, including scoping, sketching, estimating, forecasting budgets, and coordinating resources.
  • Deliver estimates on a timely basis and prepare accurate work quotations while ensuring target margins are met.
  • Present exceptional customer service and forecast logistics.
  • Review progress and work quality deliverance, and engage in business development networking with adjusters and property managers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a continuous focus on financial results.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly within the insurance industry in regards to emergency services and fire and flood restoration after disasters.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor crew.
  • Exceptional software skills, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Bilingual (French, English).
  • Valid driver's license.
