Key Responsibilities">

The Contract Administrator (Prime Contract) will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the project agreement and interpreting the complex prime contract of the project.
  • Administering change process as per the contract requirements.
  • Collaborating with team members to gather information and draft contractual correspondences.
  • Maintaining digital records and registers.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in construction related degrees, Business Administration, Finance, or related field and typically 3+ years of contract administration experience. They must also be familiar with basic contractual concepts, contracts, and correspondence, and have experience in prime contract / main contract / head contract administration functions on construction projects.

Familiarity with fixed price lump sum contracts, basic contractual concepts, and correspondence is required. The candidate should also be able to travel less than 5% to construction sites and be located or willing to relocate to Edmonton, Alberta.
