  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
