Sales General Manager Job Description

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage sales contracts
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
Work Environment

The Sales General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and team player
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
