Incareof Inc seeks a Patient Care Support Specialist - Nursing Services to join our team.

About the Job

This is a temporarily filled position requiring the support of nursing care teams in various hospital and medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients, focusing on attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aiding patients with outdoor recreational activities
  • Assisting with cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment
  • Performing tasks related to patient care and comfort
  • Supplying and emptying bed pans
  • Serving meal trays and feeding patients
  • Weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
  • Delivering messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments
  • Maintaining patient rooms and inventory of supplies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • CPR Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $**45,000-$55,000 per annum**, based on experience and location, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
