Financial Reporting Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. This is a 10-month contract position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Client Engagement & Protection processes for the Americas CIB platform in compliance with local and company regulations.
  • Provide key Due Diligence & Client Service metrics, and collaborate with the Monitoring & Controls teams to ensure effective processes and controls.
  • Engage with stakeholders for the Americas CEP platform to identify and document requirements in compliance with established regulations.
  • Analyze information systems (e.g., GCARS, FENERGO), processes (e.g., KYC, Client Services, Monitoring and Controls) and propose customized solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement business solutions for process automation and performance improvement.
  • Offer advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery, producing regular reports and analysis for management.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams for various projects and audits.
  • Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements in company reporting systems are reliable, accurate, and functional.
  • Assist in operationalizing policies and procedures, developing efficient tools, and supporting process redesign.
  • Provide daily reporting support across the Americas region and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Support internal and external audit requests by providing client-related reports and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Define and provide key reporting metrics to stakeholders within Client Engagement & Protection.
  • Develop and produce regular reports and analysis for management on regulatory risk items and emerging issues.
  • Offer analytical support to business and functional management on regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of applicable regulations.
  • Adaptive to new regulations and their applicability.
  • Basic knowledge of US and EU regulations.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
