Job Title: Director, Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Sales and Marketing to join our team at 2124016 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging and effective promotional materials to showcase our products and services.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Hire, train, direct, and motivate sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Publicize Activities: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for our organization and provide advice on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Client Advice: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Communication Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
  • Public Opinion Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys.
  • Research and Preparation: Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
