Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Curry Pot Indian & Nepalese Cuisine Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our South Indian cuisine specialties, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed, while controlling inventory and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and cooking techniques.
