Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Wally's Backhoe Service & Truck Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, conducting pre-operational checks, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate backhoe excavators and loaders in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure optimal performance
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment
Requirements
  • Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Steel-toed safety boots and safety vest
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
