We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity.
- Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility or arranging for extra amenities.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks for hotel clerks, ensuring they meet quality and productivity standards.
- Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supervise a team of more than 20 hotel clerks, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Work under pressure to meet guest expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
