We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the shift of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers. Your duties will include establishing work schedules, estimating and ordering ingredients, ensuring food service and quality, maintaining a record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages, preparing and submitting reports, training staff in job duties, sanitations, and job duties, and hiring local staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the shift of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.
  • Establish work schedules.
  • Estimate and order ingredients.
  • Ensure food service and quality.
  • Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitations, and job duties.
  • Hire local staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Fast-Food Restaurant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to combine walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Ability to enter sales activities and other data in files, registers, and computers.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Ability to address and resolve employee concerns.

We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
