Job Title: Associate General Counsel

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate General Counsel to join our Commercial practice group. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal services in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment
  • Manage and conduct a variety of corporate and commercial work
  • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on a broad range of contracts and commercial transactions
  • Oversee a broad range of matters, including agreements of purchase or sale, funding agreements, research agreements, and more
  • Anticipate and identify legal issues and provide support to senior legal counsel and management
  • Provide advice on privacy and access legislation applicable to the healthcare sector
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in the practice of corporate or commercial law
  • Ability to draft contracts and specifications/deliverables, legal opinions, and other commercial documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
