Job Summary

As a Construction Laborer with MGR Workforce, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled tradespeople on various construction sites. Your responsibilities will include manual labor, operating machinery, and ensuring worksites are safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including clearing debris and waste.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Transport materials and equipment as needed around the worksite.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
  • Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
