Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Pioneer Food Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and lead by example.
  • Operations: Determine type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
