As an Aerospace Avionics Systems Specialist, you'll perform various tasks related to development, testing, certification, production, and in-service support of Avionics Systems on state-of-the-art business aircraft.

You will define and manage overall systems and subsystems requirements, ensuring safety, certification, and aircraft design requirements are met. This involves working with system suppliers, interfacing suppliers, and disciplines to ensure smooth integration on the aircraft.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Timely integration of systems such as AFCS, Communication, Navigation, Displays, Information/Maintenance & Recording
  • Conducting ARP4754 system and aircraft verification and validations
  • Liaising with Certifying Authorities for system certification
  • Supporting Final Assembly Line and In-Service Aircrafts for design-related issues
  • Participating in software development for crew alerting logic, synoptics pages, I/O configuration, and automation of aircraft-level functions

To thrive in this role, you should hold a university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Avionics Systems.

Familiarity with industry standards DO-178, DO-160, and ARP4754 is essential, along with strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. You must be able to work well in a team environment and have the ability to travel.
