As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for special events and daily operations, taking into account dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and waste is minimized.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment and ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.


Requirements:
