Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures, to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction or related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
