Cleaning Specialist Job Description

Crescent Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties, including apartment/condominium complexes, cleaning service companies, and various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent litter and odors.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
