Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Clarity Cleaning Ltd. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate and efficient operations
  • Invoice clients in a timely and professional manner
Work Environment:

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and handle weights between 45 and 60 kg (99-132 lbs).
