We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at OTIP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvement and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Provide expert-level business analysis expertise to identify and describe business needs, process requirements, and system integrations across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Lead the evaluation of current state and future state business processes, perform gap analysis, and develop/implement process improvement solutions.
- Requirements Management: Capture and assess business requirements, process problems, and propose solutions to improve existing business processes and promote effective system solutions.
- Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope, vision, cost-benefit analysis, and risk factors. Develop detailed solutions, estimates, and project plans in support of business goals and project methodology.
- Communication: Translate conceptual business requirements into clear, comprehensible language for all stakeholders.
- Leadership: Provide technical leadership to junior team members and perform other duties within the Business Analyst function.
- Education: University degree, college diploma, or certification in a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in business reporting, business analysis, process design, and testing.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of best practices employed by the IIBA and BABOK, exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, Project, and Power Automate.
