DappWorks Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Market Research and Service Quality Manager to lead our research and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing research, developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies, and leading groups to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct research to inform our service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement service quality assessment strategies to ensure our services meet the highest standards
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve our research and development objectives
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality

As a Market Research and Service Quality Manager, you will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in market research and service development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
