Job Summary:

We are an enterprise drone technology firm focused on developing and implementing software solutions for various industries. As a Drone Operations Compliance Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our drone operations comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Certification Management:
    • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations governing drone operations.
    • Identify and apply for necessary certifications, such as Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and waivers.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop comprehensive training programs on drone regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance and skill development.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incident Reporting:
    • Investigate and report drone incidents and accidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Networking:
    • Build relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
