Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the drone cleaning team by maintaining visual line-of-sight contact with the drone at all times to ensure a successful and safe cleaning operation as a Visual Observer. Additionally, you will operate soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces as a Pressure Washing Specialist. You will work closely with the drone pilots, providing them with essential feedback and ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations. **Responsibilities**:

- Visually observe each drone flight and the surrounding airspace to maintain obstacle clearance
- Monitor and communicate drone and environmental conditions to the pilot to ensure safe operation
- Operate soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces
- Record and document all flight operations and provide feedback to the team to improve efficiency and quality
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Transport Canada regulations
- Assist with pre-flight and post-flight checks
- Maintain Situational Awareness of the entire Area of Operation
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested by management.

Qualifications:

- Resilient and adaptable. You thrive in outdoor environments and can maintain focus for extended periods of time.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations
- Exceptional attention to detail. You can maintain vigilant watch over the skies without losing focus.
- In-depth knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
- Experience in pressure washing, including knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
