Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Delivery
Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages, working closely with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Community Outreach and PartnershipsLiaise with local schools, sports teams, and businesses to promote our programs and build relationships that benefit our students and the community.
Parent and Student SupportMeet with parents to discuss their child's progress, provide guidance and support, and help students overcome academic challenges.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentEffectively master our teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Requirements- Education
Minimum university degree, with credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred.
Skills and ExperienceStrong secondary school mathematics skills, additional language(s) spoken, and experience working in a business environment are assets. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication apps is required, as well as strong phone skills and customer service experience.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Paid time off, Saturday 8:30 am to 3 pm, and Friday and Sunday closed.
